Re-Worked Vintage 1970s ivory long sleeve crepe mini dress with elastic waistline, high neckline, ruffled trim at neckline and sleeve openings. The sleeves have a single button closure and back has one center zipper. This piece has been re-worked into a mini dress from the previous knee-length hem.
